Mike and Nicole were living in Florida when a career opportunity opened up here. Also, they wanted to be closer to friends and family, especially now that their son Adam was growing up. Mike interviewed for the position and we did some house hunting while he was in town. He received a job offer and took the position. A few weeks later Mike and Nicole were living in temporary corporate housing. Their allowed time in corporate housing was short compared to the time it takes to find and buy a home. A great home came on the market and competing offers were submitted. Using my years of negotiating abilities, I leveraged Mike and Nicole's strong capabilities as buyers and we won the bid. Working feverishly to coordinate the tight time frames, their transaction closed two weeks later. Now Mike, Nicole and their son, Adam, are enjoying being home.
